Wiele podcastów i filmów ma napisy albo transkrypcję. Oto jak ja bym je wykorzystała. Weź krótki fragment, mniej więcej 20-sekundowy, i przećwicz go w ten sposób:
Posłuchaj raz, nie patrząc na tekst. Ile udało ci się zrozumieć? Jakie szczegóły udało ci się uchwycić?
Powiedz na głos, co udało ci się usłyszeć, albo poproś kogoś o szczegółowe pytanie na ten temat.
Posłuchaj jeszcze raz, wciąż bez tekstu, i sprawdź, czy twoja odpowiedź się zmienia.
Posłuchaj trzeci raz, czytając jednocześnie transkrypcję lub napisy.
Przejdź do kolejnego fragmentu i zacznij od nowa.
Rób to maksymalnie przez 30 minut, a potem zrób sobie przerwę. Takie skupienie kosztuje mnóstwo energii, więc dbaj o siebie i nie przesadzaj. To świetny sposób na trening słuchania i przyzwyczajenie się do wyłapywania potrzebnych informacji.
